Divisions are 5 v 5 NFL FLAG non-contact, version of flag football.
Each roster may hold a maximum of 10 players and two coaches.

What comes with registration?
An official NFL reversible team identified jersey and an NFL Flag belt. Participants get to keep their NFL jersey at the end of the season.
8 games including playoffs.
All-Star participants will be invited to attend the NFL Flag Regional Tournaments.
Opportunity for players to stay active and develop passing, receiving, evading and coverage skills with instructions from their head coach.
NFL Certificate of Excellence will be awarded weekly to offensive and defensive top performers of each game.
League Schedule and Practice
Fall Season games will take place on SATURDAYS from September 10th thru October 29th 2022.
Coaches conduct their own practices but we encourage no more than once a week. Each game takes an hour.

**Refunds: You may request a refund up to 7 days after your registration date. No refunds will be given after the 7 day grace period (no exceptions).
Our age cut-off is January 1st, 2022. This means the player's age on January 1st, 2022 determines their age division. For example, a child born on January 1st, 2010 has a league age of 12, while a child born on January 2nd, 2010 has a league age of 11.
Birth certificate is required for all new players
Coach background checks are required for all new head coaches.
Game Day Attire
Please make sure your child wears shorts/pants with NO pockets. Cleats are okay, but metal spikes are not allowed. Mouthpiece is required.
