730Sports Winter girls league is an ALL GIRLS league designed to help promote and increase female participation in flag football. This is set to be a fun and competitive league promoting sisterhood for girls ages 8-17

This FREE All-Girls Football camp is open to girls ages 8-18. The Camp will take place Saturday, December 14th at Deputy Pierre W Baine Park in Lancaster from 11am-1:30pm. Participants will be taken through a variety of offensive and defensive drills pertaining to flag football. Additionally, participants will be familiarized with the rules of NFL Flag football. We recommend participants wear sweatpants, sweatshirts, and cleats.

This will be a ONE DAY FREE camp for boys and girls ages 6-14. Camp will be held Saturday, December 14 at Deputy Pierre W Baine Park in Lancaster from 2pm-4:30pm. Participants will be taken through a variety of offensive and defensive drill pertaining to flag football. Additionally, participants will be made familiar with the rules of NFL Flag football.

This will be a FIVE (5) week training session held one day per week, Saturday, training participants on the basic fundamentals of flag football. Players will receive an official NFL Flag jersey and flags
